Hosted by Kelley Newton and the Kansas City Electric Football League, the Kansas City Twister will serve as the first stop on the road to the historic 20th Anniversary TOC CON Championship Season. Coaches from across the country are invited to begin their quest for TOC points, tournament glory, and
